Cancellation Policy for acubyus Acupuncture and Tui Na Physiotherapeutic Massage Treatments

At acubyus, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We have created the following cancellation policy to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service while allowing us to manage our resources effectively.
Mobile Treatments:
For mobile treatments, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Clinic Treatments:
For clinic treatments, you may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Online Consultations:
For online consultation sessions, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the scheduled time, free of charge.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at ahoy@acubyus.co.uk. Please note that failure to show
up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.
